2. Drink well including plenty of fluids) x9 p' x c2 h! C* j& ~9 l
3. Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week

5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training' W! ?3 g9 D0 e

If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
