工作内容：
9 q0 d5 G8 {+ G5 K- ^9 u E( w0 \5 u- Processing weekly vendor payments, ensuring all vendor discounts are taken
- Ensure accuracy of vendor billing
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all vendor accounts
- Update and upload product pricing
- Respond to vendor inquiries (system training, invoice discrepancies)
- Recommend actions to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit
- Prepare, review French translation for office communications to the French members.
- Assist with other accounting projects
