·Ensures responsive first line system support for: Internal Banking applications for Financial Planning, Commercial Account Manager, Equipment Financing Specialist, Group Consultant, Private Banking and International Private Banking Portfolio Tracking & Compensation System, Referrals Database
( ?9 V: B. V" \) F·Develops backend data management processes using a variety of programming techniques /software which may include SQL, C#, stored procedures, scripting languages.
·Provides technical support to business partners on new initiatives which vary in scope and complexity.
8 Z* i! W  H5 C  ?·Assesses, researches, and analyzes stakeholders’ system needs, and translates and documents needs into technical requirements.Identifies, tracks, and resolves business systems issues.
