B/ }6 Y8 gIn preparation for Citizenship and Immigration Canadas new Off-Campus Work Permit Program (OCWP), SDCs International Student Services will be presenting OCWP Information Sessions for Westerns international students and interested members of the Western community.  (NOTE:  As of June 1, 2006, international students at Western will be able to request Verification Forms - details will be released very soon).

' ~# O  e6 j8 l2 T The OCWP Information Session will:
  d6 i0 X4 W/ m8 d·         Provide details on the OCWP Program
·         Explain the application process (including obtaining Verification Forms)
·         Assist students with questions they may have about the OCWP Program
. O5 l' b8 l( J  h: wIt is strongly recommended that international students interested in applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit attend one of these information sessions.

) _  A# w9 {: {* r4 n" aThe Off-Campus Work Permit Program information sessions will be held on:
& X; F2 T' k/ j# ]" f1 F% p·         Tuesday, May 30 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
7 m% h: |5 y6 n( ]·         Tuesday, May 30 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
·         Wednesday, May 31 from10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
- A! e& _* U9 N·         Thursday, June 1 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
( k; z" }) D4 l  y  O·         Friday, June 2 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
+ ]7 r" U6 R. g( H0 ]/ ^' v7 o) GAll sessions will be held on the 3rd floor in the University Community Centre in the USC Council Chambers (Room 315).

& _3 ?' y5 u" d/ U! b5 l2 `Additionally, SDCs International Student Services will be providing guidance and advice on the completion of the Off-Campus Work Permit application form, or regarding the Off-Campus Work Permit (OCWP) program, during OCWP Drop-in Hours (no appointment needed).

- @- c2 W4 H, ~4 f  R9 TO.C.W.P. Drop-in Hours will take place in Room 270, on the 2nd floor of the UCC at the following times:
·         Wednesday, May 31 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
, o" P1 p! ^, R·         Thursday, June 1 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
·         Friday, June 2 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
