- Ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
- Create test plans and ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented; engaging in and/or managing alpha/beta testing for digital projects
- Manage project administration,
' F  p4 \( a0 i6 C$ K2 k9 W, B) L- Communicate changes in scope throughout project lifespan to stakeholders in a timely fashion
9 o6 o+ W  k3 M! ]) K, ]8 c* P' _- Provide clear instructions and feedback to counterparts in creative services, editorial, and technical teams
- Budget and scope new projects of varying size and scope
- Monitor scope and communicate changes to project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Other duties as assigned
