工作内容

-  Managing and maintaining project costs and budget(s); including PPM/Clarity updates, weekly and monthly time tracking, roster management, reviewing GL and financial reports for anomalies

-  Provide key administrative support to project(s); including preparing/distributing agendas, maintaining RAID logs, preparing/distributing clear and detailed minutes, contributing to communicating

-  Support the Project/Delivery Manager to ensure areas are represented on the project team and to maintain momentum of the project against a background of constantly conflicting priorities.

-  Formally document and complete project profiling using the standard tools and techniques.

-  Ongoing communication of project status, completing project reports and escalating issues to the PM or Senior Delivery Leader, as required
