Section 49(7)(e)(i) of the Education Act,
tuition fees are not applicable to:

(e)     A person if his or her parent or someone else with lawful
custody of him or her is in Canada:
(i)     under a Work Permit or awaiting the determination of an

; z, U1 k- `" T3 ^' O* `) z4 i" VProtection Act (Canada),


The following are the documents we require:

1.      Application for Student Admission (will be provided by this office);
2.      Copies of passports of parent(s) and child(ren);
' Y$ f6 ^* [& i, _' Z) _2 L3.      Birth certificate of child(ren) / Family Register (translated
7 P; k( c$ r7 J; ]/ ^/ u8 E: O8 uinto English);
& j2 e8 Z, Z8 p$ y$ M9 \4.      Proof of residential address / tenancy (eg lease agreement/tax
bill/utility bill - driver’s license not acceptable);
9 N' e) Z0 r6 [$ q( U% v5.      Documentation to verify child(ren)’s first ever date of entry
into Canada (eg. passport stamp / immigration documents / airline
ticket etc.);
3 [5 v" C7 }, y" L" q0 t6.      Copies of all immigration documents received ie. Work Permit,
Study Permit,  Visitor Records and any other documents we might
require.
