Area Supervisor (London, ON); [. A8 s% s3 n; S. H; r' c# o) k
The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which 0 W5 L# C# [! ~6 d* v, r2 A
includes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and 9 i9 m- i5 @% l. k3 E) M4 f
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are
% l, _( Q3 h% r" d+ {$ Pachieved.$ \0 Q5 {: H+ A( Z4 P) K
Responsibilities* b* r3 s) x( j- _& |! g6 V- Q
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
( H7 |1 l9 s, ], ~including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality) ~& ^" [( I8 ~2 k7 c
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
( N/ W0 r  r" {5 e* `0 [• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory ! f# Y2 M/ I7 N  ~5 p# j  X6 @
requirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and
7 L6 \' v& h& ?2 g2 g7 yensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly." d9 O$ W+ T( w; q: a
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party 7 \9 a0 g2 }* a( A6 r8 ~
auditors.
1 H$ N3 u/ {9 G+ b. m) w$ x• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.- K% t) @# {0 j
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for
% h3 v7 C, |- ~9 {4 Z7 H/ p. v/ Beach location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.- {' C# `; [4 V+ c- {; ^1 e& l# K/ q
• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for
1 l. u7 s. e2 n- j: a, v/ r4 ]. loperational matters.4 d: J5 H9 N( {( o
• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.

Qualifications
0 y% F7 Z( P- p) ^0 K• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
" y. u% g2 {. D- U) a( m• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
7 I4 q5 g% L8 g. ~• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate ' ]# D2 h' d- B5 K( D
operational needs.
! r* z8 U, P- v# O• Valid driver's license.$ y: e% q5 I; @  I+ Y- h1 L/ n
• Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
