1 ^) W9 D( r* @The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

  {) f- }/ n. G; bJob Responsibilities:
, r+ O# B+ w/ B, x! F, J: v- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
4 z# |5 D& K/ V7 ^" C! D" g  ]- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
; a! H! \6 v; G! c9 z+ M# C8 z- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
9 ^* M6 M; r0 O0 F- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- Maintain daily production records.
3 p- C) W; |& [8 e' L0 h. t- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment

Wage:

$13 per hour + car allowance ( if applicable)
